Our client are a growing national business in the FMCG and workplace services sector are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Demand Planning Manager.

This is a newly created position, designed to support the business through a period of significant expansion into new markets and product categories.

With limited legacy systems or processes to inherit, this role offers a genuine opportunity to build a modern, fit-for-purpose demand planning approach from to support the continued growth of the organisation.

You'll join a business which operates in a tight knit environment, leading a capable and tenured team while building robust forecasting processes that will underpin the next stage of business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Establish and manage the end-to-end demand planning process.
- Develop and maintain accurate forecasts using internal data and market trends.
- Lead a small team of across VIC and NSW.
- Improve and digitise current Excel-based models using ERP (NetSuite).
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders in sales, marketing, operations, and finance.
- Monitor and report on KPIs including forecast accuracy and inventory performance.
- Drive continuous improvement in planning processes and systems.
- Identify supply risks and work proactively to mitigate them.
About You

You're an experienced demand or supply planning professional with a track record of working in dynamic, fast-moving environments.

You're proactive, commercially aware, and eager to take ownership of a critical function within a growing business.

You will bring:

- 5+ years' experience in demand planning, supply chain, or operations.
- Strong ERP experience (NetSuite preferred) and high proficiency in Excel.
- Experience leading or mentoring small teams.
- Background in FMCG or similarly fast-paced sectors preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Confidence working cross-functionally and managing key internal stakeholders.
- A hands-on, adaptable approach with a focus on delivery and improvement.
