Job Description Your New Role As our Manager, People Data and Systems, you’ll support the implementation and ongoing optimisation of our organisation‑wide HRIS and build DV’s capability in people data, reporting and analytics. You will be the owner of people data and be responsible for the overall integrity and functionality of our system. You will partner across the business to deliver clear, actionable insights that support decision‑making, workforce planning and organisational performance. This role is a great opportunity to shape and uplift data literacy across the People & Culture function. Core Accountabilities: Provide training, guidance and support to help teams use the system effectively. Manage relationships with HR system vendors, implementation partners and IT. Streamline and automate P&C processes and reporting wherever possible. Deliver accurate and timely people analytics and reporting for leaders. Build capability in advanced analytics, dashboards and visualisation tools. Act as custodian of people data, ensuring accuracy, security and compliance. Translate data into meaningful insights that shape workforce planning and business decisions. Support key people processes such as remuneration reviews and other data‑dependent activities. Conduct ad‑hoc analysis to respond to business needs. Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards for various audiences such as executive, board and external bodies. Grow data literacy and awareness within the P&C team. Desired Skills and Experience About You You will be collaborative and solutions focused, bringing strong experience in Workforce Planning and HR systems, people data and analytics. You enjoy solving problems, improving processes and helping people use technology with confidence. You build strong relationships, communicate clearly and bring a thoughtful, evidence-based approach to your work. You will have had experience and/or exposure to generalist HR roles and have worked directly with Payroll and People Operations roles. You will also bring: Experience implementing and managing an HRIS A solid understanding of HR processes and data models Strong data analysis and reporting skills Strong critical thinking Experience with dashboarding or analytics tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) Knowledge of data governance, privacy and security Strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to influence leaders High attention to detail and a process‑driven mindset Relevant qualifications in HR, Business, Data Analytics or similar Employee Benefits We drive strong collaboration and support our teams to work virtually and flexibly.
