About The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Key Account Manager to join our team and provide tailored vehicle solutions and top-quality services to our customers.
This is a vital role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for key customers and broker partners, working to ensure smooth and efficient transactions that lead to successful sales or leasing contract.
* Proactively manage and grow relationships with broker partners, leasing companies and corporate customers.
* Ensure customer needs are met from start to finish.
* Handle product inquiries, providing clear and accurate information.
* Generate competitive quotations aligned with customer specifications.
* Process vehicle orders accurately and in a timely manner.
* Facilitate smooth transactions throughout the leasing or purchasing process.
* Help broker partners and customers navigate the entire process effectively.
* Ensure every step of the customer journey is completed efficiently and accurately.
What We're Looking For:
* We're looking for a driven, detail-oriented individual with a strong background in account management and excellent communication skills.
* A passion for customer service is key, and while automotive industry experience is a plus, it's not essential.
