About The Position
Our Bar and Gaming team plays an key part in the Club operations at Wests Cardiff. We are currently seeking a casual, customer‑focused individual to support quality service in indoor areas, outdoor spaces and designated smoking areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly customer service
- Service gaming machines
- Take and deliver drink orders to machines
- Prepare and serve beverages
- Reset and payout jackpot wins
- Operate Tab and Keno terminals
- Clean the workstation and equipment
- Operate tills and handle cash
- Maintain cleanliness of amenities and public areas
- Assist members and guests with club enquiries
- Collect glasses from the floor and return them to bar areas for cleaning
This position requires availability on Friday nights and weekends, as well as reasonable availability Monday to Thursday. Shifts run from the evening through to the early morning hours, and peak periods may involve assistance with bistro operations.
Certifications required: RSA, RCG.
All candidates progressing to the next stage will undergo due diligence and probity checks, including a Criminal History Check, reference checks, and right‑to‑work verification.
