* Identify and secure new client opportunities across commercial, workplace, and education sectors
* Build strong, long-term relationships with architects, designers, PMs, and end users
* Work closely with internal teams to align solutions with client needs and design intent
* Lead pursuit strategies and contribute to broader business growth initiatives
Profile
* Proven track record in BD, sales or client-facing roles within the commercial fitout or construction industry
* Experience in D&C Fitouts
* Strong network across Sydney's property, design, or project management landscape
* Passionate about design-led spaces and end-user experience
* Confident, strategic, and great at building genuine connections
