Role Overview
This role sits within a well-established
Transaction Management advisory team
supporting the planning, structuring and delivery of major civil and social infrastructure programs across Australia. The Brisbane market offers a unique opportunity for emerging and mid-level consultants to build depth quickly, working closely with senior practitioners on complex, high-value transactions.

, this position provides direct exposure to nation-shaping projects while remaining embedded in a collaborative, technically strong advisory environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Support end-to-end infrastructure transaction processes, including
EOI, RFP and contract documentation
* Assist with development of
commercial structures, procurement strategies and delivery models
* Analyse commercial, financial and risk inputs to inform evaluation and transaction strategy
* Coordinate inputs across multidisciplinary advisory teams to produce high-quality client outputs
* Manage defined workstreams within larger advisory engagements, ensuring quality and timelines
* Contribute to
client presentations, evaluation processes and negotiations
* Support the development and continuous improvement of internal transaction methodologies and templates
About You
* Background in
infrastructure advisory, commercial, procurement or project delivery
* Experience working in complex, fast-paced project environments
* Comfortable collaborating across technical, commercial and stakeholder disciplines
* Motivated to deepen capability in
commercial and transaction advisory
You Will Bring
* 3–6+ years' experience
in infrastructure consulting, commercial advisory or procurement
* Working knowledge of infrastructure contract models such as
D&C, PPP, Alliance, Managing Contractor and ECI
* Strong analytical capability with confidence interpreting commercial and risk information
* Clear, structured communication skills suited to government and private sector clients
* Strong organisation skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage discrete workstreams
* A collaborative mindset and long-term interest in infrastructure advisory careers
