Key Responsibilities
* Schedule and coordinate daily work for 6+ field operators
* Manage client enquiries and maintain accurate job records
* Track portable toilet hires, pickups, and service durations
* Support end-of-month reporting (e.g., job volumes, waste totals)
* Maintain client database (CRM) and property records
* Assist with compliance and documentation (e.g., pre-start checklists, service forms)
* Compile council service reports, including GPS data
* Provide admin support to finance and HR (e.g., data entry, contract tracking)
* Prepare and send client documents, including quotes and agreements

About You
* Strong administrative and coordination skills
* Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Confident using client databases (CRM), Microsoft Office & digital tools
* Experience in scheduling or logistics is highly regarded
* Team-oriented and adaptable
