Dash Group Trades & Labour is expanding our Permanent Recruitment division and is looking for an experienced Permanent Recruitment Consultant to build and grow a desk leveraging our existing labour hire client base and long-standing site relationships.
This is a genuine opportunity to convert warm labour hire accounts into permanent placements, not a cold-start perm desk.
The Role You'll be responsible for developing a permanent recruitment desk across construction, working closely with our labour hire consultants and existing clients.
Typical roles will include:
* Site Managers
* Foremen / Supervisors
* Project Engineers
* Contract Administrators
* Estimators and related construction professionals
Key responsibilities:
* Converting labour hire clients into permanent recruitment opportunities
* Building long-term client partnerships using established relationships
* Managing permanent roles end-to-end (briefing, sourcing, interviews, offers)
* Proactively identifying upcoming hiring needs across active sites
* Driving fee revenue and desk growth
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in permanent recruitment (construction preferred)
* Strong business development and relationship management skills
* Ability to build a desk using existing client networks
* Commercial mindset with a focus on fees, delivery, and long-term value
* Confident dealing with site managers, PMs, and senior stakeholders
