We are seeking an experienced Professional Baker to join our bakery specialising exclusively in Sri Lankan bakery products.
Responsibilities:
* Bake a variety of Sri Lankan breads, buns, pastries, cakes, and savoury items
* Operate commercial baking equipment
* Maintain quality, consistency, and presentation
* Follow food safety and hygiene standards (Australia)
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a professional/commercial baker
* Sri Lankan bakery experience highly preferred
* Ability to work independently in a commercial environment
* Reliable and punctual
