About the Role:

* Interpret plans, regulations, and codes of practice to guarantee compliance with relevant standards and guidelines.
* You will calculate project costs, estimate timelines, and manage resources effectively to ensure timely completion of construction activities.
* Taking accurate measurements and collecting on-site data is crucial in supporting project planning and estimation.
* You will perform routine computations related to materials, labor, and project requirements to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
* Inspect work and materials on-site to verify quality and adherence to specifications.
* You will supervise trades workers on-site, ensuring that demolition and installation activities are carried out in accordance with approved standards and best practices.
* Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure successful project outcomes.
Key Qualifications:
* Degree in Construction Management, Building Science, or related field.
* Proven experience in construction estimating, project management, and cost control.
* Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
