More About You – Sales Assistant
The ideal candidate will have a customer first mentality with a robust passion for creating a fun, authentic shopping experience. You will thrive in a busy, sale‑driven setting, while bringing a laugh (and the occasional dance‑off!) to each customer that walks through our doors.
Your Role
Providing high levels of customer service and building strong rapport
Sound cash handling and EFTPOS skills
Learning and maintaining solid product knowledge across all pillars of the business
Maintaining high store standards, assisting with merchandising and presentation
Working towards budgets, targets and KPIs
Assisting with stock control and quality management
Following national legislation, WHS and security guidelines
Qualifications
A passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets
Proven ability to work within a fast‑paced retail workplace
A happy, friendly and energetic personality
Desire to deliver high quality customer service
Valid Police Check Report required if successful in interview stage
