What You'll Do:
Welcome clients and visitors with energy and enthusiasm, ensuring they feel appreciated from the moment they arrive.
Manage incoming calls and enquiries with efficiency and professionalism.
Support our team with essential administrative tasks to keep daily operations running seamlessly.
Maintain a polished and organised reception area that reflects our high standards.
Work closely with multiple departments, including Residential Sales, Holiday Letting, Commercial, and Property Management.
What You'll Bring:
Excellent communication and people skills.
A proactive mindset and eagerness to grow.
Strong organisational skills and sharp attention to detail.
Ability to juggle tasks and excel in a lively environment.
Availability to work rotating Saturdays.
A valid real estate certificate is a bonus, but not required on commencement.
Must be an Australian permanent resident or citizen.
Must be available to work every second Saturday as part of rotating weekend coverage.
