Job Title
We are seeking an experienced Logistics and Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the organization, this role will be responsible for managing all aspects of logistics and administration.
* This includes organizing and managing incoming and outgoing shipments, obtaining quotes for freight services, raising purchase orders, and ensuring quality control and assurance.
* The successful candidate will also be responsible for liaising with staff and stakeholders regarding shipments, answering internal and external queries, and performing general administrative duties.
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and high levels of concentration and time management. They must also have previous experience in dispatch or logistics and administration, and be proficient in computer skills.
