Position Title: Health Care Worker Classification: IN37 – IN39 Salary range per hour: Dependant on Qualification & Experience Employment Type: Ongoing part-time 64 hours per fortnight Award: Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2021-2025 Role description Inglewood & District Health are seeking applications from Health Care Workers to join their team on an ongoing part time basis. The primary role of the HCW is to work as a productive member of the care team to provide person centred care. The HCW is expected to provide a competent level of personal care, cleaning and food service for residence and to work within the limitations of their role. The HCW work under the direction and support of the supervising Registered Nurse at all times. About you * Experience, or willingness to gain experience, in providing personal care * Basic assessement and reporting skills * A nationally accrediated Level III or IV certificate in a related disipline (or equivalent as reconised by IDHS will be highly regarded) * Understanding of the concept of person-centred care * Good communcation skills Please refer to the relevant attached position description and address the key selection criteria on your cover letter when applying.
