Customer Service Officer Position No: ***** Level/Salary: Level 2, $76,912 - $82,464 pro-rata (PSCSAA ****) Work Type: Permanent - Part Time Branch: Mandurah Police Station Location: Mandurah Closing Date: ************:00 PM This is a part-time position.
The successful applicant will be required to work hours per fortnight.
This shift work position operates on a rotational roster basis and includes day, afternoon, weekends and public holiday shifts.
POSITION OBJECTIVE This position contributes to the effective and efficient operation of the Mandurah Police Station by undertaking a broad range of customer service duties and providing administrative support.

Applicants are asked to address the following nominated work-related requirements in no more than two (2) pages: Customer service skills – Demonstrating commitment to the provision of a quality service to all customers.
Interacting with customers ensuring the provision of an efficient and effective customer service.
Problem solving skills – Evaluating information and providing advice, recommendations and solutions on financial and other matters.
Applicants are also required to submit a comprehensive Curriculum Vitae (CV).
Your CV should provide enough detail (dot points are sufficient) to allow the selection panel to assess your skills and experience relevant to the Key Accountabilities of the attached Position Description Form.
The CV must also include the names and contact details of two (2) referees who can comment on the applicant's ability to satisfy all of the Essential Work-Related Requirements.
Applicants should nominate at least one immediate (most contemporary) supervisor/manager unless exceptional circumstances exist.

OTHER CONDITIONS Whilst this selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy, it may also be used to fill other similar vacancies throughout the metropolitan area.
In addition to this, should the successful applicant decline or vacate the advertised position, then the panel may select another suitable applicant from this selection process.
Both of these options remain valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the initial date of the appointment.
