What Your Week Looks Like
- Deliver evidence‑based OT services including functional assessments, equipment prescription, home modifications and sensory assessments
- Work with NDIS participants to build independence and reach meaningful goals
- Manage your own caseload with autonomy and flexibility around scheduling
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team through regular case discussions and clinical supervision
- Work across the Northcote clinic, client homes and community settings – supported every step of the way
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (or equivalent) and current AHPRA registration
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, and a valid driver’s licence
- Robust communication, organisation and problem‑solving skills
- Experience in functional assessments, equipment prescription or home modifications (preferred)
- A collaborative, client‑focused approach with a passion for helping people reach their potential
- Open to both experienced clinicians and new graduates ready to learn and grow
