Reporting to the GM of Human Resources and located at our global head office in Kilsyth, Melbourne, we are seeking a Safety and Wellbeing Manager to support the global business. The role provides strategic direction on all matters relating to health, safety and wellbeing. At ARB our priority is to ensure that those that work for us, and with us, go home safely each day.
The Safety and Wellbeing Manager is at the centre of our journey of risk reduction in all hazardous tasks we undertake both physically and mentally. As the project lead for 'Priority One' you will drive the management and mitigation of risks across the business.
The role also is responsible for ensuring that we are always compliant with relevant WHS legislation, standards and codes of compliance as they change. You will be responsible for preparing the monthly report to the ARB Board.

- Design and deliver effective presentations, training, and reporting that drive action from the participants.
- Ensure people at all levels embrace the importance of safety for themselves, their colleagues, by-standers, and ARB. Your energy, drive and communication ability are key to this.
