Recovery-Oriented Team Lead
This role is part of a team delivering high-quality recovery-oriented supports to clients with mental ill health. The position focuses on developing skills for daily living and enhancing social connections in Epping.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with complex client needs and a Certificate IV in a health-related field. They should be able to demonstrate strong supervision, mentoring, and therapeutic framework implementation skills to ensure superior service delivery.
The successful candidate will also be involved in implementing frameworks to enhance client outcomes and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to motivate and support staff members to achieve their full potential.
