* Main Responsibilities:
o Manage medication therapy to ensure precise dispensing and compliance while optimizing patient health outcomes through proactive medication management.
o Deliver expert consultations to patients, collaborating with medical teams and engaging with patients beyond prescription needs.
o Expand your scope by providing specialized services, including vaccinations, health screenings, medication reviews, and more.
o Engage with the community by hosting wellness events and workshops, positioning our pharmacy as a trusted healthcare hub.
o Lead by example, demonstrating proactive leadership, supervising the front of shop and dispensary, and guiding your team toward excellence and continuous growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor of Pharmacy and AHPRA Registration
* National Police Check and Working with Children Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
* Current First Aid, CPR, and vaccination registrations (essential)
