Join our Mental Health Inpatient Units as a Clinical Nurse / Midwife Coach (NG6, Band 1) and play a key role in supporting clinical excellence and learning across Sunshine Coast Health. This permanent part-time role (56 hours p/fortnight) is based at Sunshine Coast University Hospital, with service delivery across our Mental Health and Specialised Services. You'll provide clinical education, mentoring and support to nurses, midwives and students, helping to build competence and confidence in practice while contributing to a positive, evidence-based learning culture within our inpatient environment.

Key responsibilities
* Provide clinical education, mentoring and point-of-care coaching within the Clinical Coach Framework.
* Support safe, evidence-based practice and quality improvement initiatives.
* Collaborate with Nurse Unit Managers and Educators to strengthen learning culture and capability.
* Lead by example to support development, orientation and person‑centred care.
Remuneration value up to $97,606 p.a., comprising salary rates $54.44 – $58.30 p.h. (part time, 56 hrs p.f.), employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (Nurse Grade 6 Band 1). Applications will remain current for 12 months.
