We are seeking Support Workers to join our Shepparton team in community care. Part-time positions are available to support clients in their daily activities and community engagement.
1. Assist clients with daily activities such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, and companionship.
2. Support clients with personal care, mobility, and medication prompting.
3. Help clients achieve their goals and make informed choices, collaborating with support networks.
4. Promote customer choice, positive routines, and meaningful activities.
Our clients reside in Shepparton, Mooroopna, Tatura, and surrounding suburbs. We aim to roster employees based on geographic location to minimize travel.

Experience in health is preferred but not essential. We welcome candidates with the right attitude interested in pursuing a career in community support. Full training and orientation are provided.
* Certificate III in Aged Care, Home and Community Care, Disability, or Individual Support (essential).
* Valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, and reliability.
* Commitment to meaningful community work.
* Effective communication skills and a customer service focus.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* Proficiency with smartphones, email, and internet.
