About the Role
We are seeking a Program Lead to play a pivotal role in facilitating and empowering students as they pursue certifications to enhance their skills and advance their professional growth.
1. Supervise recipients and the lifestyle support worker mentor during class and learning sessions.
2. Prepare the training and support plan, conduct initial contacts, and assess suitability for the certificate.
3. Liaise with stakeholders, including recipients, the RTO trainer and assessor.
4. Monitor students' progress and report updates to the program coordinator.
