Job Title: Sales and Business Development Professional
The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial focus, driving the growth of our solar PV and BESS business in Australia. This role involves identifying opportunities, building relationships with customers, and collaborating with internal teams to prepare proposals and tenders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Customer Development:
* Promote our solar PV and BESS solutions to EPCs, developers, and utilities.
* Support the sales process from initial enquiry through to order closing.
* Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
* Identify new potential customers and market opportunities through research and networking.
2. Commercial Support:
* Prepare technical and commercial offers in collaboration with engineering and product teams.
* Assist in negotiations under the supervision of the Sales Manager.
* Participate in industry events and exhibitions to represent us and generate leads.
3. Coordination and Reporting:
* Coordinate with internal departments (engineering, project management, aftersales) to ensure smooth delivery of customer commitments.
* Track sales performance and provide periodic reports on activities, leads, and opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
* At least 2–3 years' experience in sales or business development, ideally in renewable energy or electrical equipment.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Technical understanding of solar PV and/or BESS systems is highly valued.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
* Fluency in English.
