Senior HR Position

This key role is part of our Central Administration Team, responsible for overseeing efficient payroll processes and HR administration.

The successful applicant will provide supervision and support to ensure seamless operations.


Key Responsibilities:

* Provide HR and payroll expertise with relevant qualifications and experience.
* Deliver exceptional customer service, demonstrate strong organizational skills, and work autonomously as well as part of a team.
* Maintain excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) while upholding a strong commitment to Christian education and a determination to serve God in a Christian school environment.


Essential Requirements:

* Be a committed Christian active in church fellowship.
* Hold a current Working with Children Check and mandatory child safe training certification.
* Reside and have entitlements to work in South Australia.
