**What you'll be doing**
This role provides first-level customer support and triage for EMR and IPM clinical user accounts across Western Sydney and Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health Districts.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Assisting internal and external healthcare providers.
- Supporting eMR and IPM systems.
- Triage of incoming calls to the EHR Design Team.
- Managing clinical user account issues.
- Ensuring timely resolution of support requests.
**How to Apply**
**Selection Criteria**- Demonstrated experience of service desk call handling and triage fulfillment processes, in line with State-Wide Service Desk objectives.- Ability to handle multiple assignments demonstrating effective time management.- Demonstrated ability to work within a energetic team with a positive attitude who can adapt to new tasks and requirements as required.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to develop and maintain documentation.- Demonstrated time management and organisation skills to meet deliverables.Proven ability to function as a self-motivated multi skilled analyst, working collaboratively in a team environment, with a positive proactive attitude, who can effectively work with mínimal supervision.- Demonstrated experience in eMR and iPM account creation tools.
