About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Solutions Architect – Infrastructure & Cloud to join our IT team and lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of our server, cloud, and application environments across the Sanitarium group.
You will be responsible for the architecture, planning and support of infrastructure and cloud environments, ensuring high‑quality outcomes while aligning solutions with business needs and IT strategic direction.
This pivotal role will suit someone passionate about modern infrastructure, cloud technologies, and delivering secure, scalable solutions.
What You’ll Do
* Lead solution architecture activities across Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, on‑premise infrastructure, identity, and hybrid environments.
* Design and implement solutions involving Windows Server, Active Directory/Entra ID, Hyper‑V, VMware, and Exchange Hybrid.
* Provide expert consulting to projects, ensuring solutions are delivered effectively and securely.
* Support complex cloud and infrastructure issues, performing analysis and recommending SMART solutions.
* Maintain strong governance over asset management and infrastructure security.
* Stay up to date with technology trends and pursue relevant professional development.
What You’ll Bring
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in cloud or infrastructure architecture/engineering.
* Strong experience across Microsoft Azure (PaaS/IaaS), identity platforms, Microsoft 365, SQL Server and virtualisation technologies.
* Demonstrated experience with SaaS, on‑premise integrations, authentication methods and certificate infrastructure.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications; Microsoft certifications highly desirable.
* Strong communication, analytical and stakeholder‑engagement capabilities.
* A collaborative mindset and commitment to high‑quality service delivery.
