Key Qualifications and Skills:
 * Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in apparel
 * A proven ability to deliver personalized styling experiences and a passion for fashion
 * Excellent communication skills
 * Previous experience in concession management is advantageous
 * High energy and a vibrant personality
 * Experience managing budgets and KPIs, and achieving company goals
 * Attention to detail with strong visual merchandising skills
