**What You Will Be Doing**:
- Drive lead generation daily by talking to potential customers at our Joondalup store located in Lakeside Joondalup.
- Support the store Clinician (Audiologist) and Store Manager by scheduling and following up appointments for potential customers
- Complete daily operational processes and develop store strategies to increase customer
leads, expand store traffic and optimise profitability
**What We Are Seeking**:
- An experienced and talented Manager to support and motivate the team to deliver
exceptional results
- An outgoing and motivated personality where you are comfortable engaging face-to-face with potential customers on a daily basis
- Previous experience meeting and exceeding business targets
- Strong listening and communication skills with people management, and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer literacy
