We are partnering with a global, diversified resources organisation to recruit an experienced Workplace & Facilities Specialist to support its corporate office portfolio worldwide, in a permanent full-time capacity.
This is a client-side facilities role, offering the opportunity to influence safety, service delivery and workplace standards across a complex, global environment while working closely with an outsourced Facilities Services Provider (FSP).
What Will You Be Doing?
Reporting to the Manager, Workplace and Travel, the Workplace & Facilities Specialist will be responsible for ensuring safe, compliant and high-quality facilities across global corporate office locations.
Acting as the client representative, you will oversee the performance of the outsourced Facilities Services Provider, manage contractor delivery, asset lifecycle activities and regulatory compliance, and provide trusted advice to internal stakeholders. The role plays a key part in workplace safety governance, risk management, budgeting and continuous improvement initiatives across the facilities function.
Key Responsibilities
* Direct and assure the delivery of safe, compliant and high-quality facility management services across global corporate offices, in line with corporate standards, statutory requirements and business needs.
* Manage and hold the Facilities Services Provider accountable for contractor performance, maintenance delivery, budget governance and asset lifecycle planning.
* Lead and support workplace safety and risk stewardship, including oversight of hazard identification, compliance activities and incident management, and participation in internal safety committees.
* Oversee landlord relationships, office readiness, and both planned and reactive maintenance across the global office portfolio.
* Ensure accurate facility data, documentation and reporting are maintained by the Facilities Services Provider.
* Provide clear, practical guidance to internal stakeholders on facility standards, regulatory requirements and operational impacts, supporting organisational change and project delivery.
* Mentor and engage team members while promoting an inclusive, high-performing culture and driving continuous improvement across facilities systems and processes.

What Skill Set Do I Require?
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* 3–5 years' experience in a client-side facilities or property environment, overseeing an outsourced Facilities Services Provider.
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to confidently represent the client's interests and influence outcomes.
* The ability to translate complex operational or contractual issues into clear, solutions-focused recommendations.
* Sound judgement and decision-making capability, balancing safety, compliance, contractual obligations and business needs.
* A collaborative, professional approach with a strong commitment to safety and service quality.
