About The Role
Sharp & Carter is partnering with a leading agricultural company to recruit a Customer Experience Specialist. In this predominantly administration based full-time role you'll support customers and help keep operations running smoothly.
What You'll Be Doing
* Handle customer bookings, contract generation, and admin support
* Process service requests accurately and efficiently
* Liaise with third parties and internal teams
* Support logistics coordination and office admin
* Participate in team meetings and events
* Manage inbound/outbound customer calls and resolve queries
What We're Looking For
* Customer service, administration or internal sales experience
* Clear communicator with strong attention to detail
* Proactive, dependable, and team-oriented
* Microsoft Office skills; NetSuite exposure a plus
* Full working rights in Australia
