This role sits at the intersection of people and purpose, supporting a mission driven business advancing large scale renewable infrastructure and energy storage projects across multiple continents. The Role: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a broad range of roles. This includes drafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, preparing offer letters and contracts and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. Oversee day-to-day HR administration and maintain the accuracy of the HRIS system. Act as the first point of contact for employee relations (ER) issues and lead their resolution. Support the HR Director with various HR projects and strategic initiatives. Stay current with Australian employment laws, regulations, and company policies. Ad hoc tasks as they arise. The Person: Proven experience as an HR Generalist in Australia, ideally in a fast-paced or high growth environment. Entrepreneurial mindset with the adaptability to grow and evolve within the business. Comfortable reporting to an HR Director based overseas (London) and capable of working autonomously. Confident and experienced in managing the full recruitment lifecycle. Strong understanding of Australian employment legislation.
