is actively seeking part time permanent Community Disability Support Workers - Moreton Bay area with permanent appointments (Day, Evenings and weekends available).
Morayfield and Bribie Office Locations, mobile work within Moreton bay region

Must have:
Experience within the Sector
Manual handling training and experience
Yellow Card now known as NDIS workers screening (Must have)
Blue Card or willing to obtain
NDIS workers orientation modules (can be completed if successful)
Qld Covid 19 infection control modules (can be completed if successful)
Current Drivers License with car insurance and roadworthy vehicle
Cert 3 or higher in Disability Support Work or equivalent
In home and Community based experience
Not essential but would be an advantage:
Extensive experience in PC, Community access and in home supports
Hoist training and experience
Mental health training and experience
