About the Role
As a Banking Consultant, you will be playing a key role in delivering seamless banking experiences to customers. This involves meeting each customer's end-to-end financial needs and goals through transaction activities, needs-based conversations, and educating them on available financial solutions. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of completing customer transactions, engaging in in-depth needs-based conversations, and fulfilling products according to their accreditation level.
This is a collaborative team role that requires strong customer service skills, as well as the ability to adapt to changing circumstances. As a Banking Consultant, you will act as a role model and peer coach to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
The successful candidate will contribute to significant uplifts in customer engagement and advocacy, actively participate in bank programs, and take responsibility for understanding customers from a risk perspective. They will also ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
To succeed in this role, you will ideally bring:

* Lending experience or willingness to progress to lending;
