Support the Director
The position provides high-level support to the director and direct reports within the corporate services division. The role is designed for a highly skilled administrative professional who can manage complex calendars, prioritize tasks, and coordinate activities efficiently.
* Strategic Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the director and team members to ensure smooth operations.
* Calendar Management: Organise and manage complex executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
* Time Management: Prioritise a busy workload with competing deadlines and coordinate activities to meet business objectives.
* Communication: Act as a key point of contact for internal and external communications, handling inquiries and providing timely responses.
* Document Preparation: Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations with attention to detail and accuracy.
* Meeting Coordination: Coordinate and assist with meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
* Project Assistance: Support the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives, providing administrative and logistical assistance as needed.
The successful candidate will have advanced interpersonal and communication skills, experience as an executive assistant, and excellent time management and organisational skills.
