Remote Healthcare Opportunity
We are seeking experienced Dialysis Nurses to provide high-quality care in remote NT communities.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will work on-site in remote clinics, delivering culturally safe care in collaboration with Aboriginal Health Practitioners, General Practitioners, nurses, and support staff. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the health and wellbeing of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide haemodialysis treatment to patients in remote NT communities
* Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to deliver culturally safe care
* Participate in cultural orientation and professional development opportunities
Requirements:
* Qualification/s in nursing and minimum 2 years of haemodialysis experience
* Current AHPRA registration and certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
* Current National Criminal History Check (less than 6 months old) and unrestricted driver's license (to drive in the NT)
* Up-to-date immunisation status, including COVID-19, Hepatitis A & B, MMR, Varicella, BCG, Influenza, and Pertussis
