**Human Resources Manager**

**This is where you come in**
Reporting to the General Manager Operations, you'll be joining the site leadership team as a valued member delivering both operational and more strategic HR solutions and support for the blue-collar workforce and site based management team.
This is a heavily unionised environment, so you'll need to bring your exceptional communication, negotiation and influencing skills with your ability to ensure HR solutions are consistent with Enterprise Agreements, business objectives and safety protocols.
**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES;**
- Talent sourcing and recruitment of both frontline and support staff - ensuring the business has the right people
- All HR lifecycle activities such as performance reviews, remuneration reviews, talent and succession planning and offboarding - ensuring these are implemented locally
- Coaching and support to the business about all employee relations matters including disciplinary and performance matters including termination of employment meetings - providing accountability support for performance
- Conduct investigations into workplace behaviour or conduct issues
- Enterprise Agreements - ensure these are followed in HR strategies implemented at site
- Participation in site based union engagement activities such as ERC and EA bargaining.
- Reporting - ensuring the site management team has all the relevant information and reports available to make people decisions
- Promote employee engagement and a positive workforce culture through a range of initiatives
- National HR projects and initiatives - contribution and ensure smooth adoption of system and process improvements
**YOUR EXPERIENCE & SKILLS;**
- Tertiary qualifications in HR/IR, Employment Law or relevant discipline
- Strong HR/IR Generalist background, with a minimum of 5 years' experience.
- Experience delivering HR in a heavily unionised blue-collar business.
