Requirements
* A seasoned sales or business development professional with experience in Precision Engineering, preferably in Medical, Defence, or Aerospace
* Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, component standards, and project quoting
* Proven track record in growing customer bases and increasing revenue through strategic, solutions-focused selling
* Skilled in CRM tools, pipeline management, and client engagement
* A collaborative team player with strong negotiation skills and a passion for customer success
