About the Job
* Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, including pharmacies and wholesalers.
* Manage a high volume of orders and administrative tasks, with a focus on email communication
* Oversee the entire order-to-cash process, from initial SAP entry to final dispatch and delivery.
* Utilise critical thinking and problem-solving skills to manage complex issues and non-standard service requests.
* Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, including manual order processing and maintaining accurate CRM records.
About You
* Experience using SAP or experience with CRM platforms is highly regarded
* Previous experience in a customer service or administration role within the FMCG, pharmaceutical, or healthcare supply chain industry
* A proactive mindset and the ability to think critically to resolve issues under pressure.
* Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
