This includes coordinating meetings, workshops, conferences, travel, and other events, as well as collating, preparing briefing documentation, and coordinating quality assurance of correspondence, reports, presentations, speeches, agendas, minutes, and preparation of drafts.
Responsibilities will also include monitoring, prioritizing, registering, actioning, and disseminating incoming correspondence to effectively manage critical information and workflows. Additionally, the Regional Executive Support Officer will communicate and liaise with staff, clients, and stakeholders on a wide range of issues affecting the regional hub business operations in a professional and positive manner.
