**Job Description:**

* Strong knowledge of My Aged Care, Home Care Packages, and NDIS frameworks.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, caregivers, and external organizations.
* Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
