Job Description:
We are seeking a Project Manager to undertake long-term, world-leading training in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii.
The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of the project, including planning, engineering, production, testing, and integration of multiple stakeholders and resources.
* Manage and monitor projects' work progress.
* Determine the scope of work and evaluate the ability of stakeholders to support the work package.
* Recommend any modifications if necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Direct and manage trades work, requiring administrative, technical, and professional personnel support.
2. Conduct meetings to discuss project progress and other project issues.
3. Identify problems and work with supervisors and technical supports to develop solutions or action items.
Eligibility Criteria:
* Australian Citizenship.
* NV1 defence clearance.
* Proven ability to plan, manage, and execute complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
* Experience leading multi-discipline teams in high-stakes environments.
* Certification/s in Project Management.
* Completion of NAVSEA or Navy nuclear training programs.
* Strong written/verbal communication skills.
* Experience working with senior leadership and external agencies.
