About the Role
* Manage day-to-day operations, meeting compliance and financial targets.
* Create long-lasting connections with the local community, including partnerships with families.
* Mentor and support the centre to Meet/Exceed National Quality Standards.
About You
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
* Strong experience in a Centre Manager role.
* Current Working with Children's Check.
* Experience in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standards.
