Lead the next phase of growth for our established, successful Data#3 Resourcing Practice in ACT, joining an award-winning National IT company.
We are not like other agencies, we offer an extensive government and commercial footprint, broad solution mix; and collaboration with the broader Data#3 sales team and resources.
This role has a clear mandate to expand market share, deepen strategic customer relationships, and accelerate revenue across augmentation, contract and permanent resourcing.
About the role
* Lead a small ACT focused team/desk to drive outstanding results and growth.
* You will strategically position Data#3 in the ACT marketplace to maximize business opportunities.
* Identify, develop, and close profitable labour hire and resourcing services opportunities.
* Build and maintain strong C level relationships with customer relationships.
* Prepare compelling sales proposals, manage contract negotiations, and deliver accurate financial forecasts, budgets, and reporting.
About You
* You will thrive developing business and selling project solutions
* Have succeeded in ICT Recruitment, Augmentation or Professional Services Sales and have knowledge of the federal/government ecosystem and panel arrangements
* Established relationships and skills developing CxO level and procurement contacts in Canberra
* Proven experience collaborating with other sales executives to achieve outcomes
