About The Role
BOQ Group is currently seeking a Small Business Specialist to join our Business Banking division in Brisbane. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a bank that's proudly relationship‑led, placing customers at the heart of every decision. In this role, you'll play a key role in helping us deliver meaningful, long‑term support to small business customers across the community.
In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting both the Retail Banking channel and our Business Development Managers (BDMs) to drive asset growth, attract new customers, uplift client satisfaction, and maintain a strong, compliant portfolio.
This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced bankers who are passionate about business lending and delivering exceptional customer service. You'll build and nurture long-term client relationships while contributing directly to the success of our Small Business segment.

You're a banking professional with solid lending experience and a sharp eye for interpreting financial statements, quickly identifying trends and opportunities across industries. Knowledge & Skills Required
* Advanced proficiency across Microsoft Windows programs
* Strong understanding of the Credit Code and Privacy Act
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* High‑level numeracy and analytical ability
