Overview
Subdivision Supervisor – Civil (Contract) – Perth, WA, Projects NOR & SOR. Monday to Friday | approx. 10 hours per day. We are seeking an experienced Subdivision Supervisor to oversee civil subdivision works across multiple projects in the Perth metropolitan area. This contract role will involve supervising site activities from bulk earthworks through to final finishing works, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise delivery of civil subdivision works from bulk earthworks through to project completion
* Coordinate site activities including earthworks, road construction, retaining walls, and service installation
* Manage subcontractors completing finishing trades such as kerbing, footpaths, paving, spray seal, and asphalt
* Liaise with service authorities including Water Corporation, Western Power, ATCO Gas, and NBN
* Liaise with local shires and councils regarding inspections and compliance requirements
* Work closely with clients and project consultants (engineers, surveyors, planners, and designers)
* Monitor site productivity, safety, and quality outcomes
* Ensure works are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications, and WHS requirements
* Assist with scheduling, site coordination, and resolving on-site issues
About You
* Proven experience supervising civil subdivision projects in Western Australia
* Strong knowledge of bulk earthworks, road construction, and subdivision infrastructure
* Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and finishing trades
* Ability to liaise effectively with service authorities, local government, clients, and consultants
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* A proactive, solutions-focused approach to site management
