We provide exceptional legal services across insolvency, finance, general commercial and family law litigation, working with clients both locally and nationally. Our team is known for being dynamic, vibrant and collaborative, and we take pride in creating a positive workplace culture in our centrally located offices.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a capable and detail-oriented part-time Bookkeeper / Accounts Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, thrives on efficiency, has strong attention to detail, and is confident managing a range of financial and administrative responsibilities.

What You'll Be DoingTrust Accounting
* Managing trust account receipts and payments
* Preparing monthly trust account reconciliations
* Preparing compliance documents including trust statements and combined trust account reporting
* Assisting with annual trust audits
Accounts
* Managing accounts payable and receivable
* Receipting payments into the office account using LEAP
* Amending invoices and issuing client bills
* Monitoring and following up outstanding debts
* Reviewing and managing payment terms
Payroll
* Processing fortnightly payroll
* Managing superannuation payments
Compliance & Reporting
* Preparing BAS and PAYG reports
* Completing excise returns
* Using DEXT for document management and processing
* Assisting with office budgeting and forecasting
About You
* Previous bookkeeping or accounts experience
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Experience with accounting software (LEAP experience highly regarded)
* Ability to manage deadlines and maintain confidentiality
* Friendly, reliable and able to work independently
* Based in Adelaide
