Our Geelong branch is growing — and we're looking for a tech‐savvy Customer Care Agent who thrives in a service‐focused role, enjoys problem‐solving, and is confident using multiple systems and digital tools.
This isn't a traditional call‐centre job. It's a customer support, service coordination and administrative position suited to someone organised, calm under pressure and great with people.
The Opportunity
As a Customer Care Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for residential and commercial customers seeking help, advice or service support. You'll manage enquiries, investigate issues, process service documentation and work closely with our operations team to ensure every customer receives friendly, accurate and efficient service.
What You'll Do
Customer Support & Enquiries
* Manage warm inbound calls, emails and online enquiries
* Respond to residential and commercial customer queries
* Provide clear, helpful information about services, accounts and branch processes
* Support customers with troubleshooting (e.g., online forms, customer portal issues)
Service Coordination & Administration
* Use multiple IT systems to investigate requests, schedule services and update customer information
* Process and verify incoming service reports with accuracy
* Follow up with technicians to clarify missing or incomplete details
* Maintain accurate, detailed notes in CRM and digital platforms
Commercial Accounts, Credits & Refunds
* Manage commercial account enquiries and disputes
* Conduct thorough investigations by reviewing service history, billing records and internal data
* Process credits and refunds in line with company procedures
* Communicate outcomes clearly and professionally to customers
Operational Support
* Coordinate with technicians and the operations team to support smooth daily service delivery
* Escalate complex matters when needed
* Assist with general branch administration
* Contribute positively to a supportive, inclusive team environment
What You'll Bring
* Strong IT skills — confident using multiple systems, CRM tools, Outlook and Excel
* Excellent communication and customer‐service skills
* Strong attention to detail, accuracy and documentation
* Ability to stay organised in a busy and fast‐paced environment
* A warm, helpful and professional approach with customers and colleagues
* Experience in customer service, admin, helpdesk or call‐centre roles is beneficial (but not essential)
* A willingness to learn — full training provided

Role Location
This is a full‐time, onsite role based at our Geelong branch, with shifts between 8:00am and 5:00pm.
