Details: The City and Environment Directorate (CED) is seeking applications from highly motivated and suitably qualified individuals to fill several Directorate Liaison Officer (DLO) positions over the next 12 months.
These positions work closely with CED Executive and the Government and Ministerial Services team to ensure information flow between the Directorate, its Ministers’ Offices and other ACTPS agencies.
Applicants will bring a sound understanding of government processes, demonstrated leadership skills, a responsive approach to tight deadlines, and an ability to build and maintain effective relationships through concise communication to these roles.

These positions are based full time in the Legislative Assembly, with potential flexibility in working arrangements subject to negotiation.

Eligibility/ Other Requirements:
* Previous experience in the management and provision of advice in Cabinet and Assembly matters would be highly desirable.
* Demonstrated knowledge of the Objective records management system would be an advantage.

City and Environment Directorate was established on the 1 July 2025. This new directorate is an amalgamation of positions previously advertised under Environment, Planning and Sustainable Development Directorate and Transport Canberra and City Services Directorate.
