Ellis Developments are on the hunt for an exceptional Client Liaison Officer to guide our clients from dream → design → handover with clarity, confidence and genuine support.
We're a multi‑award‑winning Townsville builder known for premium inclusions, fixed‑price contracts, stunning display homes and a team culture people actually enjoy being part of. Now we're looking to add another superstar to the crew.
What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting clients through the full building journey—from contract signing to handover
* Managing communication between clients, sales, drafting, and construction
* Coordinating colour selections approvals, variations, timelines and updates
* Ensuring clients stay informed, supported and excited at every stage including photo updates on a monthly basis for all jobs
* Coordinating and managing the 'fun stuff' - Roof parties, site meetings and key handovers
* Maintaining accurate records in our systems (Pipedrive, project tools etc.)
* Working closely with our Construction Manager and Supervisors to keep things moving smoothly
* Being the reassuring voice that turns stress into "we've got this"
* Co-ordinating post-handover maintenance bookings and communication
Who You Are
You're organised, proactive and cool under pressure. You love people, you're a natural communicator, and you genuinely care about the client experience. You build trust quickly, solve problems logically, and you're not afraid to take ownership.
You'll thrive here if you have:
* Experience in residential building, real estate or customer service (preferred but not essential)
* Strong admin and coordination skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* A knack for translating "builder speak" into clear, friendly updates
* High attention to detail (the kind where you spot things before anyone else does)
* A solutions‑first mindset and the ability to follow a process
