**About The Role**
Full-Time position
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and enthusiastic Maintenance Officer on a **full-time basis**(7:30am-3:30pm)
**Location**
Aegis Hilton Park has been designed to offer a broad range of accommodation and lifestyle options for 136 residents in five wings.
Hilton is a suburb surrounded by water from nearby lakes, rivers and the sea. We have used this water connection to name each of the areas, or wings, after local and southwest rivers. From north to south there are Swan, Canning, Serpentine, Murray and Blackwood. Aegis Hilton Park is an 'ageing in place' facility and both high and low care accommodation is available in all areas. Blackwood offers specialist dementia care.
Accommodation comprises both single and double rooms with a large en suite bathroom and air conditioning. The different areas, or wings, all have lounge and dining areas as well as access to extensive gardens and patio areas.
As an important part of the Aegis team, you will:
- Provide maintenance of buildings and equipment under the direction of the Unit and Facility Managers.
- Monitor effectiveness of completed work and report issues to the Facility Managers.
- Monitor and maintain required levels of stores and supplies.
- Carry out preventative maintenance program as scheduled.

**About You**
To be successful in this position you will:
- Have a high attention to detail.
- Computer Competent.
- Experienced in report writing.
- Be able to communicate to all levels of employees, and customers.
- Be able to work effectively and efficiently within a team environment and autonomously.
- Have knowledge of general maintenance procedures and repairs.
- Hold a 'Test & Tag' Certificate desirable, however not essential.
- 'Working at Heights' Ticket and a previous background within a trade will be highly desirable, however not essential._
